RENTAL RATES

One week - £250.00

Xmas/New Year £350.00 per week

Please note the prices are for the apartment and not per person.

BOOKING DETAILS

Normally rental periods run from Friday to Friday.  There may be flexibility so please enquire.

Normal check-in is no earlier than 14:00 p.m and check-out no later than 10:00 a.m, this is for cleaning purposes. Some flexibility may be possible, this can be discussed once booking has been confirmed.

You may reserve the apartment for 72 hours whilst flights are being arranged.

A £50 per week deposit is required within 5-7 days of you booking and the balance to be paid 8 weeks before departure.

We also ask for a bond of £100 per week.  The easiest way to do this is to send a cheque to us.  This will either be destroyed or returned to you within 7 days of your departure from the apartment and returning the keys, after the management have inspected the apartment.

No booking will be taken from single sex 18-30 groups I.E: HEN/STAG PARTIES

A named responsible adult must be declared at time of booking, this adult must be at least 21 years of age and will be legally responsible for any damage caused to either the contents or the buildings of the apartment/complex.

Please ensure you have adequate travel insurance.
